I was quite dissatisfied with my stay at the Eiffel Tower Hotel today. It took about 20 minutes to walk from the bar to the room with my luggage. When I went to bed at night, the road downstairs was under construction, and there were many bars downstairs. We drank on the street until 2 a.m. and could not fall asleep. The soundproofing of the windows in this hotel is very poor.

One of the most classic hotels in the central area of Las Vegas, it is bustling with crowds of tourists and guests. The hotel rooms are big, but the decoration facilities are old, and the service can be directly said to be 0 service. I clearly booked a room with a king-size bed, but after checking in I found out I was given a room with twin beds. I called the front desk and they said they couldn't guarantee that, so I should check back the next night to see if there was a king-size bed available. I had to run downstairs and communicate face to face to resolve the issue. I forgot my room card inside and waited for more than an hour for the security guard to open the door and verify my identity...

Beautiful hotel ******. Our room with balcony was all the way on the other side of Paris. Room faced Bellagio fountain and the Vegas *****. Hotel reception was poor and Paris did not reserve the room we wanted. They ended up giving us different room after our reservation was made a long time ago. They did not make compensation for this error so I question any further booking at this place.

It is an iconic hotel. Stayed at the Versailles tower and it was very new and clean. Facing the Bellagio and located at the center of the *****. Take note that check in is very hectic during peak hours. But Ricky at the front desk was amazing for me. Stayed for 2 nights. After the first night we left the room at 12pm and called for housekeeping to clean the room before going out but they did not do so, disappointing! And the next day they knocked on our doors to ask if housekeeping was required when we were checking out. That’s pretty poor service in my book. I wouldn’t visit again and will try other hotels in the *****.

Tissue papers weren't being changed to new ones with used tissues on the bathroom bin. Bathroom lights has broken on the second day but repair staff took long to come and support.
