Wel erg massaal! Helemaal aan het eind van de *****. De volgende keer kiezen we een wat meer centraal gelegen hotel.

2時ごろにホテルのフロントに行き、
14階はすぐにチェックイン可能性との事でしたが。
しかし夫も息子も高層階希望。
その時は満室らしく高層階は掃除中。
それで28階のお部屋を予約し、
３時間待つ事に。
でも、今度は3時間以上過ぎても、
ホテルよりメッセージ連絡なく。
仕方なくもう一度ホテルのフロントに
長蛇の列に並び、聞くと、
もう８階のお部屋しか空きがないと。
しかし２度目のフロント係の方が日本人！
それから色々と手を尽くして頂き、
56階のお部屋を提案して頂き。
とても丁寧な対応！！！
はっきり言いまして、
ホテルのお部屋もプールも全て、
パーフェクトです。
しかし、フロントの方の多くが、
沢山の量の業務をこなさないといけないのか
とても態度が冷たいです。
マニュアル通りのお仕事。
たぶんAIの方が親切かと。
それなのに仕事が中途半端に感じました。
その中で、日本人のフロントの方は、
素晴らしいお仕事！！！
困った事があれば、アジアの方のフロント係に
行けば、間違いない！
あと、フロアに所々いるお掃除の方
とかの方がよっぽど、
フロント係や、
フロントにいる男性(マネージャー？)よりも
小さな困り事(チェックアウトの仕方とか)
笑顔で、すぐに教えてくれますよ✨
心強いし、時間の無駄にはなりません。
本当にありがたかったです。

수영장이 좋대서 선택했는데... 사람이 너무 많아서 충분히 즐길 수가 없었어요.
썬베드는 앞자리 빨간자리와 카바나는 유료이고, 무료베드는 베드끼리 너무 붙어있어서 불편합니다.
수영장만 보고 가실분들은 이런 단점도 있으니 참고하세요.
객실은 넓습니다. 아이있는 4인가족 지나기에는 적당합니다.
