The room smelled bad. The sheets and duvet made me itch and feel uncomfortable sleeping on them. There was also a lot of noise in the middle of the night. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I left early and was charged a full night's room fee. When I checked out, I left a thermos and a new bottle of shampoo in the room. I called later and they said they hadn't found them. This service is truly terrible!

They lost a whole star solely because they no longer have the metal keys that were helpful for religious people. Aside from that, they REALLY need to update some of their features, such as; their elevator and AC/heating units. Also, they need to notify those cleaning the rooms when someone requests a late check-out. Plus, the sink in the room's kitchen had some kind of buildup around the spout. Stay there regularly. I would GREATLY appreciate oil they bring back the hard key back.

Staff and service was great, and clean, other than the furniture was a little outdated, I would stay there again and recommend friends and family to this particular location.

The staff were extremely friendly and very professional. The facility is getting old but very clean. Our bed was comfortable. Our room was quiet. Our room was very clean. The staff were accommodating to requests. The place felt safe. Well lit parking. Lobby doors were locked at night. The staff was very friendly.

Quiet hotel in a safe location with a great breakfast selection. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean and well insulated from the outside heat. I cooled the room down to 68F before bedtime and then turned off the AC unit for the night and slept comfortably.

I love the people, the price and place (location).
The coffee is great, the bed super comfortable. and so close to many reasonably-priced and a great variety of restaurants.
