The door lock was hard to open. The hot water in the bathroom didn't come out after a long time. I went to the front desk to ask and they said someone would come and check. I waited for 40 minutes at 9pm but no one showed up. I went to the front desk again and they said the repairman had gone off work and I had to wait until 6am tomorrow. They said they could change me to another room. The new room had hot water but the water was as small as raindrops. I couldn't take a shower at all.

Worst hotel staff I ever met.
1) Reception was most rude can ever meet 2) Internet was down check out was hold and not shared any notice. 3) Trip.com payment link did not worked and had to pay separately and call Trip.com to cancelled the room. During this discussion reception act very rudely. No attempt to solve the issue.
