Just look at the pictures. The hotel is very old and the facilities are not up to date. It is incomparable with domestic express hotels. There are no quilts, only blankets. It reminds me of domestic hotels in the 1990s. The hygienic conditions are extremely poor. The garbage from the last wave of tenants has not been cleaned up, and there are large stains on the sheets. No matter how you look at it, it is not worth $200 a night.

The only reason this is not a two-star rating is the great customer service provided by an agent names Arlet. The hotel is not great. 5 lights were out when we checked in and other problems. the pool was clean, but the staff is surprisingly friendly. I personally didn't think I would ever be interested in going back, but if they are capable enough to hire wonderful, and professional employees like Arlet, I believe they can improve their general services. I will go back there in a few months when I have to attend some meeting. I belive they will be better.

The staff was quick with requests and accommodating when we needed to add an extra stay. They well informed me of the policies so there was no confusion. Great bang for buck! Hotel was inexpensive and walking distance to great Vegas life! Great stay for EDC!

Bad smoky smell in the corridor. AC is not working and no enough towels and matts in the washroom.
