The elevator, lobby, and floors are all broken, and the room hygiene is poor. Not as good as a two star hotel. The receptionist's attitude was very bad. I'm a travel expert and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but I've never stayed in such a bad one.

The hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
