Got there to check in and it was all on a kiosk with no waiting, they give you an option to upgrade which we took advantage of and got the newly refurbished room which was beautiful (although our view outside the room was a roof top), we did ask for an extra blanket which they said they didn’t have any but everything else was great

The hotel building, elevators, and rooms all smelled moldy and it was unbearable.
I was told that the only option for me to change it was to upgrade, so I paid the extra fee.
The only amenities provided were soap and shampoo conditioner. I stayed for 5 days and it was never cleaned.
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Very annoying that you get dropped off at the front of the hotel entrance but the lobby for check in is totally the other end of the hotel! Even more annoying that there is only automated check in & no desks available to check in as well. You can therefore not ask any questions & have to wait to find a customer advisor for help. Very busy check in on a Saturday, not enough staff!! Checking out the same applies although there is an express check out which does not explain what you have to do. You scan a code but it didn’t work for me!
WiFi only available in your room which is ridiculous!! As soon as you leave your room you lose wifi!
Long wait for anybody to answer the phone from your room for any services.
