The hotel is good, but it doesn't have a coffee maker because they don't have coffee in the hotel, I had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, there was no coffee in the room, no cutlery, nothing, and the breakfast has nothing, just coffee with some protein bars The truth for me is not to rent this hotel

• Now called "Emerald Suites - Valley View". The location is great, close walk to both the Rio & Palms Hotel. The Management of the Property is excellent here, led by General Manager - Taiya. And this Property is consistently clean, which is a reflection of the standard that Taiya sets, as well as the care given by hotel staff. • The front desk staff led by Germani is attentive and polite. And Germani brings a 5-Star Guest Experience skill-set. The housekeeping staff is cordial. The Maintenance staff is professional. And overall, as always - it starts with leadership. So then, thank you, a great experience...

Fantastic staff! Quiet and in a central location perfect to get most places in under 15 minutes. Would definitely stay again. Kitchenette is useful. I don’t have anymore to say but it is requiring me to write a minimum of 200 characters so cheers!!!

Great stay and excellent customer service each visit! Management is very helpful and friendly. Check-in/out was easy and convenient. Awesome location right off the ***** with almost everything still accessible nearby! I highly recommend this property. Thank you!

The location was convenient, and the staff, Terry, Diane, Hilda, DJ and Whitney are amazing. Apologies to the staff I didn't name. It's a clean place as well and safe as well. I would definitely stay again and keep coming. It's a great place if you want to go to Vegas without the hype

This one was horrible too but they're are people that work there that would argue with me on that point. I had a horrible experience at the one on East Flamingo and decided to go to the Valley View location at around 3:30am. Nice guy at the front desk that charged me a early check in fee for $139.00, I was told to speak to "Ms. Terry Rodriguez, she's supposed to be the GM of the property. When I saw her I realized why that property looked the way it does. I have service animals and although they're ESA with the proper updated paperwork, which they failed to look at violated the law and my partner by asking me what service my animals provided and if I could keep them on the downlow so the housekeeping staff won't charge me $25 a day for them being there in the room. I informed Ms. Terry it is against the ADA to ask that question anymore. She laughed iny face and told me I can leave if I didn't like it. I told her ai would and I needed all my monies returned to me ASAP. Please don't stay here either which is sad because Extended Stays outside of Las Vegas are nice I've stayed at a few and was pleasantly impressed with not only the service but the hotel itself. You've been warned. They violated the ADA law and made me and my family feel as if we were an inconvenience to them. Horrible property.
