The electricity went out, and they didn't take action and didn't know anything. When the electricity went out, the Wi-Fi went out, of course there was no hot water, and anyway, the lights didn't come on so I couldn't shower. The phone connected to the front desk also went out because the electricity went out. There were no candles, so the heater went out in the cold, and it was a really hard hotel.
