StripViewSuites at Signature

Kinda alright. Not the most clean but spacious hotel. Doesnt do house keeping and charges delivery fee for towels

Our stay at the MGM Grand Signature Hotel was an absolute letdown. Hidden fees were relentless—never disclosed during booking. Fresh towels? Pay extra. Housekeeping? A ridiculous $115 for a full clean. Trash bags? Even those came with a fee. A baby crib cost $45 per night. The room was disgusting—moldy bathrooms, filthy carpets, and I found a tick that bit me, leaving blood on the pillow after I killed it. The TV was broken, and staff couldn’t fix it until the next day. Poor hygiene, terrible service, and zero transparency make this hotel a complete rip-off. Stay elsewhere.

Horrible experience. door did not lock the whole first day. serious safety concern. took 5 different occasions before problem got fixed. not sure why i couldnt get fixed either asap or just a new room.

We have stayed at StripView Suites at Signature twice within the last two months. Upon arrival of our first stay (and after the 3pm checkin time) our room was not clean. The beds were not made the televisions were on, there was dirty dishes in the sink and bathroom had not been mopped and smelled of urine. We contacted the StripView representative, we were asked to leave and come back in an hour to allow for housekeeping to clean. Although it was an inconvenience to our plans we had no choice. Because of it's proximity to our business and family in the area we chose to book same location the following month. This time we booked directly with the StripView Suites website. **This is our warning** Don't book your reservation based off pictures associated with listing. Our room did not match pictures. Each listing has a different set of photos. It's a bait and switch and very deceptive to present one version of a room and get something different than what is shown on the pictures associated with the unit. After several conversations with representatives I was told by May they would give me a full refund if I chose to not stay. After securing another reservation, I followed instructions given by both the front desk and SVS rep that any changes to reservation had to be made through the SVS (which I did by phone with gentlemen named France). After a few days of not receiving a refund and speaking with SVS rep, they didn't honor agreement of a refund, stating since I couldn't provide proof of conversion or proof of check out by front desk. This company is not interested in guest satisfaction and once you sign agreement of no refund you are hostage to whatever unit you are given.
