I ordered an Amazon delivery of a book to the hotel's address and the room where I was staying. When the book was delivered, the business center employee demanded payment of USD10 without the hotel clearly advertising this "service" as a charged service. Beware!

The bed in the room was facing the door, which was a bit uncomfortable, but I only slept there for a few nights anyway. The hotel also provided a free bus to the exhibition, which was very good.
