They wouldn't give me any extra towels. I had to use the towels I got from the first day I checked in

The room was rundown and dirty, one TV didn't work and management failed to repair it and then wouldn't return calls or text messages. You have plenty of better option to rent from in this complex, I highly recommend using the others who actually maintain their properties and offer good customer service. L$I only wants your $$$$!

Property is out dated. By that I mean furniture, carpets all need upgrade. Great room but not taken care of. Shower handle broken, water damage on ceiling in bathroom, lights in living area in good condition. No updated area for technology. Pool experience was sad. Only one pool available during week and didn’t open on time. Also by using the 2nd pool only the sun is not out from behind buildings till noon. Pool 1 offers sun earlier in day. This is our 4th time at Signature but will probably be our last. Possibly Signature rooms are kept better than Resort.

The furnishings in my unit were worn compared to my friends' room. There was noticeable dust and crust in the room and bathroom didnt seem clean. I asked the front desk for cleaning supplies but I had to contact the rental company. I had to send pictures and they took the complaint. But could not get anyone the first night (Sun). I asked when I might be able to take a bath. 2 days and no reply on Tues. 3 days (Wed) they asked if someone from the team could come to the room. I had already said do not enter without me there, so I replied that again. When I returned the towels had been changed so someone did enter. I had already purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned what I needed. I did ask for compensation and have yet to hear back from them.

It is a fabulous property. The common grounds/pools managed by MGM are well cared for and clean. unfortunately the property management company has not maintained the suites appropriately. Cleaning was a concern and communication with the off site property managers was difficult. The company has failed to reply to some of the concerns and pictures I brought to their attention for improvement.

The room we were given was horrendous. No coffee cups. One fork and two spoons. Coffee not replenished. ******* did not tell us it was privately owned and hotel would not help us with missing amenities or non-working lights. Mattress was poor quality

Vegas vacation
The condo was nice with an exceptional view of the *****. Had a couple of maintenance issues that were addressed quickly. Missing an iron although there was an ironing board. We were allowed to check in an hour early thanks to the property front desk staff.. Overall, a great place to stay.

Melhor propriedade que já fiquei em Vegas. Fica dentro do MFM Grand, não tem gasto algum com estacionamento e o quarto é puro luxo. Para quem quer economizar com refeições, por ser uma Suíte, tem fogão elétrico, frigobar vazio e micro-ondas. Banheiro é espaçoso, a hidro é fantástica, e a cama é muito confortável. Para trabalhar possui uma mesa ampla.
