Great studio in a quiet neighborhood.
If you want a cozy, spotlessly clean studio in a quiet neighborhood away from the Las Vegas *****, this ace fits the bill!Owners live in an attached home, but you have plenty of prvacy with an enclosed private patio.

Everything was as stated - awesome I requested a slight accommodation and was granted - super awesome!Quiet, clean, centrally located I was very happy with my stay!!!And I got to see my big brother!!!!!!

Very easy to get into and in a quiet neighborhood. Shopping centers are a 3 minute drive away. Park is around the corner. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Cozy
The property was perfect, just right for two people. Easy to get to anywhere you wanted to see in Vegas. We only stayed a little over 1day of our 2 day rental due to a family emergency but we will definitely book the next trip to Vegas. A Big Thanks to our hosts, you have a little gem.

perfect for me
I had a certification exam in Las Vegas, followed by a conference. I didn't stay at the hotel because it did not allow pets, and it worked out to be perfect for me. This little spot was quite and peaceful, allowed me to let down after hectic days. Close enough yet far enough out of the hectic activity of the *****. The apartment was super clean and neat, cute as can be how they have it set up. they have gates at the drive and at their backyard, creating a little courtyard outside the entrance to the apartment. Traveling alone, I felt very safe. The owners were very easy to chat with and coordinate an extra night with. I will definitely stay here again when I return next year! Highly recommend for 1 or 2 people to stay.

Clean and Quiet Location
My stay here was brief, but great. The studio (which would be called a 1 bedroom where I live) was exceptionally clean, has a bed that was comfortable and a large closet. Additionally, the host is great - quick responses and detailed check in information.
