Check in was very easy and quick. We had an issues with our toilet right away as jt did not flush. Maintenance workers were quick to reply and arrived at the room. However the toilet needed a replacement part and needed authorization from the owner to replace. So we had no working toilet. Because I booked through trip.com the hotel said there was nothing they could do as far as moving rooms. So we were stuck in a room without a working toilet! I contacted trip.com immediately and was back and forth on the phone with them from checkin at 3:00 pm -my last verbal call at 11:00pm that night I was informed there would be a resolution by the next morning at 11:00am…….I have now stayed the 2 nights and checked out and still have not received a call back. We had to go to the lobby and use the restroom for our entire stay. Extremely disappointed with this experience and visit. Please be aware if you are booking any type of “private owner” type of room ie: timeshare, suites, studio

Great Stay!
We visited for a birthday trip and Palms was amazing! It's off the ***** but super close to it. The room was awesome and the staff was nice. We got lost a few times but by day 2 we had it figured out. Loved the pools! Even the smaller pool was a great vibe.

The Palms Place is one of the hearts of Las Vegas whether you enjoy the resort / and or (just touring) that is connected to the Palms Hotel by Sky Tube or the 1-2 min exterior walk with fun visuals, great entertainment and the best views of the entire city of Las Vegas, a future of the past of the future experience. Remember to tip the people that give you this experience grab an enjoying beverage and enjoy the art of this establishment! Plus check out all the great tiles that every room gives you and the SHARK BAR/ Art by Damien at the Palms. Palms Place will give you relaxation in every mode - mood choosen. This property gives you the rare element. FUN!

not the best this time around
The room was dirty and ran out of toiletries. The sheets had stains. I love coming to Palms because of the experience but this time around wasn't the best.
