When we checked in, we could pay the deposit in cash and give us some time to deal with the credit card issue, but the female front desk girl at the hotel refused and kicked us out of the hotel. At that time, we also asked Ctrip customer service to intervene, but the female front desk girl They still had a very tough attitude and wanted to drive us away. I would like to commend Ctrip. If you encounter any problems during this trip, you can come to them for help anytime and anywhere, and the customer service staff are very good! ! The processing results are quite satisfactory. I highly recommend everyone to book flights and wine on Ctrip when traveling abroad in the future! ! Later, our credit card was restored and usable, and we were finally able to pay the deposit and check in. However, almost a day after we checked out, we found that the hotel had randomly overcharged us more than 200 US dollars. At first, the hotel said it was taxes, but later He also said he didn’t know why he received the money! ! Later, I also asked Ctrip to help me recover it. When I commented today, there was still a problem with the bill! ! All in all, I highly, highly do not recommend staying at this hotel! ! Poor attitude, chaotic management, and arbitrary charges! !
