I wanted to thank Liz , Maria , Christina at days inn and the travel lodge in Las Vegas New Mexico , they have been so nice and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent customer service , and if there was a problem they went over and beyond to fix it and we just really appreciate being treated with the up most respect and hospitality while we travel , and made us feel very comfortable while we are away from home ! The House keepers were awesome as well very friendly and polite and helped if you needed anything for your room ! I really wish every hotel had employees like them , they are truly a blessing , and we appreciate everything you do , and thank you again for making our stay enjoyable!

Overall good experience. I like the remodeling with vinyl floors in the hallways and rooms. It makes it so much cleaner. I do recommend that they add a deoderizer to the laundry. It was clean but smelled musty.

Great stay! We booked for two nights and our keys stopped working on the first night, it was easily fixed.

The room was neat and the bed was very comfortable. Sonny, the evening receptionist was very welcoming; whereas, the young lady in the morning didn't engage at all.
The breakfast selection could include boiled eggs. Also, cups and the fruit basket should be placed on the counter and not over the mini refrig nor the yogurt machine which made it difficult to see or reach.

The hotel was ok. The town of Las Vegas is a dump. Whatever was keeping Las Vegas alive left a long time ago. If one has to stay in Las Vegas, this place is as good as any. Better off driving the extra hour to Santa Fe where you won’t feel like you’re in a third world country.

Undergoing renovation. Eventhough our room was quite nice, it seemed as if the quality chosen for the shower and toilet was CHEAP!
Shower enclosure sqeaked like it was ready to crack!

The hotel is being updated and looks great. The outside still needs a cleanup but the inside and service was great.
