The front staff were excellent. The problem was with the room (220); the bathroom fan didn't work and was not repaired in the 3 days between our visits. On the second trip, when I drew the shower curtain, there were two used washcloths hanging in the folds of the curtain. Overall the room was clean, the sheets were clean, it wasn't noisy, but it did have problems.

Recently in LV to attend a work function and this was one of the hotels offering the conference discount. Great front desk staff! The girls at the desk were caring, helpful, polite and friendly, i had to make several reservations and changes, and they were so helpful! The room was clean, the water hot and great pressure, good location, easy to find. Altho a bit dated, we slept great and the beds were bright white and clean!

Clean rooms basic with good table n chairs nice bed HOT showers with high pressure Good breakfast. Pool inside looked inviting Great hotel for visiting family n basically sleep n shower

Nice clean rooms at a great price, exterior could use a little maintenance and breakfast could be a little better with more choices but nice and quiet. Slept well and the staff is great I would stay again

The hotel is very clean. I felt safe in the area. The bed was ver soft and uncomfortable and the noise from the corridor was loud. The street noise was minimal. The front staff were kind. The pancake machine was pitiful.

The only positives are the location and the service we received from James. Our first room had stained blankets and hair. James apologized and moved us immediately. The next room had hair on a towel. Time to go! The property needs a lot of work, but a full refund was approved. A good cleaning and some updates would make this property worth the price.

Easy to find, Twenty four hour coffee, Clean rooms, quiet, good price, friendly staff, easy to get in and out with plenty of parking, located right of the interstate, will stop next time going through NM.
