WE WERE IN SEPTEMBER and I didn't like the service at all, the service is everything and I don't know if it was because I was Dominican. But they treat you with indifference and without any attention to the guest.They don't greet or smile and when they serve you you can tell that they only expect a tip.

el apartamento estaba careciendo de mantenimiento y atención.. Invitado qué? Ni siquiera un microondas disponible. Finalmente llegó, pero 2 días después de que lo solicitamos. Nos hicieron esperar por más de 3 horas para dejarnos entrar en la habitación. No estaban dispuestos a recibirnos en absoluto. Limpiaron la habitación mientras esperábamos afuera bajo un calor de 40 grados. No hay aire acondicionado en ninguna de las zonas comunes. n. Y tuve que ir físicamente porque el teléfono no funcionaba. La ventana del baño no se cerró y había una gotera en el techo. Las condiciones de los aparatos no estaban a la altura de las normas. Parece un lugar abandonado.

This review will basically be about our experience not so much of the hotel itself! I must say this hotel was not what I expected or perhaps my expectations were too high. All in all it wasn’t expensive and could use a facelift and would be an absolute increíble hotel! But I must say the hotel has the a potential beyond any other, the staff made our stay, breakfast was included and just to say if you stay there don’t wait until 10:30 because they do not replenish but breakfast was pretty good, now let me tell you about the staff, we had dinner at their beach restaurant every night for 3 nights there, why? Easy the staff was amazing! Magdalena and Ronny and Esther made sure our food was what we wanted. Aylin and her witty jokes made our time awesome! Miguel made us laugh and made sure we had everything we needed and boy he could certainly get around each table cracking jokes. But there Star was Veronica, she was beyond accommodating answered questions about the area, so accommodating she knew exactly what we needed and had the most incredible smile! She is definitely and huge asset. If your looking for marble floors and glamour perhaps this is not for your but of your looking for rustic great price and clean place to stay this is your spot! The beach was spectacular

The property was great. Amazing hotel. But the staff is absolutely clueless and all over the place. Extremely poorly managed. TV’s didn’t work, when reported to front desk I was told they were sending someone to, they never did. Check in clearly stated on the reservation 1pm. We couldn’t check in until 3:30pm. At the hotel restaurant, the food took 2.5 hours to come out and they forgot half of the orders of our group of 9 people.
