Very very nice and clean. The price is well worth it. Not far from airport. The staff is as friendly as it gets and always helpful. Their breakfast is simply fantastic. I stay there several times a year.

1. We checked in 2:30 pm and they said check in time is 3:00 pm.. and since early check in , the 3k deposit cant be be waived . However saw their compendium and it says 2:00 pm check in. So i insisted , good they waived the 3k deposit... but still contradicting policy
2 . They should taste the free coffee in the room.. grabe ang same ng lasa . Their manager should taste it Now so theyll know how bad it tastes.
3 the headboard is dusty . Triggers my rhinitis
4 their saving grace? Staff are courteous.

It was good because it was close to the airport. It was quiet and cozy. The breakfast buffet was good, and it was convenient because there was a shopping mall nearby. It would be good for families.

Stayed here for an event. Rooms were on the fifth floor. Hotel was beside a cemetery.
Disappointing:
- we were locked out of our rooms multiple times coz their e-locks kept malfunctioning
- water didn’t drain properly in the shower area
- breakfast was disappointing
- wardrobe cabinet had strands of hair
Their saving grace:
- The staff were so warm and accomodating; Courteous and attentive
- Lots of places where you can buy food near the hotel
