Blanquita is very clean and pure Nicaraguan and her food is cooked in the old stile but is just amazing, you can get fresh fish, chicken or meat, rice, beans and salad with the famous tostones for lunch or dinner for around (6usd) – 220 cordobas per person Includding your drink.
