I was very well received and the apartment was spectacular.

Very pleasant and attentive service. The location is excellent (very central), but the surroundings aren't entirely pleasant. Parking is also a bit tricky, but that's understandable given the central location. The room itself was very nice, but we didn't find the terrace very useful, as I mentioned, due to its surroundings.

Super, super good, with a 24-hour front desk, very safe. The front desk and staff are super friendly~ The room is large and clean, and it even has its own kitchen with all the kitchenware. The location is convenient, basically in the city center, and the beach and bus terminal are just a few minutes away~ Highly recommended!

Modern apartments, exquisite cleanliness, unbeatable location, and super attentive staff. A thoughtful touch of a bottle of water in the fridge—it was my birthday—sweetened my day. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is very well located and has good facilities. However, the neighborhood makes resting difficult at times.

The staff in general has been super friendly, especially the people working at reception, especially a girl who has been working these days and who greeted me on March 21st upon my arrival with a smile and a very good way of working in terms of her attitude and explanations (there could be people like that everywhere). The facilities are very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I will most likely return on my future trips to Gran Canaria. Great hotel, no common area or garden/roof terrace. Good connections with public transport

This should be the worst experience in my more than ten years of outbound travel experience. No one else. In my memory, I will not make any comments on whether it is good or bad. This is really too bad. 1. Why didn't you note that the room for four people was not hot enough? Why didn't you explain that the electric water heater was not large enough? If we knew, we would not stay there even if it was free. How can we understand that we can't guarantee a minimum hot shower after a day of travel? ? ? 2. The edge of the sofa bed hurts my thighs. I don't say it's a good experience or comfortable. Can I do the minimum? 3. Because the first one, can you imagine using a pot to boil water for a shower? There was no extra room for a shower, but it was given to the employees downstairs! Is this convenient for customers? ? ? 4. You can’t take a shower because you have to boil water to take a shower. Because there is no hot water halfway through the shower, your travel score will drop by 60 points out of 100, which will seriously affect the travel arrangements for the next day. We rented a car ourselves and didn’t go out because we were in a bad mood. 5. The quilt is too thin and I woke up from the cold at night. What’s even more weird is that when you ask for it from the front desk, they say there is no quilt. I don’t know if they didn’t understand what I meant (the curly-haired male waiter’s English is OK, but the other male can’t say it’s good. It’s a painful and helpless communication, and it’s ineffective communication) 6. Before we set off, we specifically asked about the parking lot, which was just a few dozen meters ahead. But Ctrip replied that it was 300 meters. I don’t know who estimated this. You have to know how much trouble this information will cause in a foreign country! ! ! ! Even if two people are taking a shower, pay attention to the time, otherwise you will take a cold shower

A modern hotel, very central and comfortable. It has an equipped kitchen which is very convenient, several supermarkets around it, the beach a couple of minutes away... I recommend it without a doubt
