We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Las Palmas. The 3 bedroom penthouse apartment unit with balcony and a laundry room unit was perfect size at a super great deal. We booked a 2 bedroom unit but were upgraded to the 3 bedroom penthouse, thanks to my relative there and Mr. Javier! The unit came with a parking spot in the basement that we did not use. They graciously provided us with a welcome basket with a bottle of bottle of wine, cheese, bread sticks, ground coffee packet and individual instant coffee packs, creamer, etc. The manager, Mr. Javier, was easily available in his office on the ground floor or his cellular phone. Location was convenient yet fairly quiet with small gas station convenience store right next door, a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, Salons, bars, etcetera all within short walking distance. More importantly, we felt safe in the neighborhood even while walking back at 3am! Overall, my family had a great stay during our 5 nights visit there. Planning another visit and stay there in 2-3 years!

Отличное место для комфортного отдыха! Отель находится всего в 300–400 метрах от океана — очень удобно для прогулок и купания. Рядом — продуктовые магазины (Super Dino, Mercadona, Carrefour), большой торговый центр и даже оперный театр. Персонал невероятно приветливый и заботливый. По прибытии нас ждала приятная приветственная корзина с едой и вином. Апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым: полноценная кухня с кофемашиной, гейзерной кофеваркой, блендером, тостером, посудой и посудомоечной машиной. Есть большая гостиная объедененная с кухней с телевизором, просторная терраса с видом на океан и отдельная постирочная комната со стиральной машиной, сушкой, утюгом и всеми бытовыми мелочами. В номере — аптечка, белоснежное бельё, удобная кровать и идеальная чистота. Отдельная благодарность горничным — чистота действительно на высшем уровне. Мы арендовали апартаменты в Испании, и эти — определённо лучшие. В жизни всё оказалось даже лучше, чем на фото. Спасибо менеджменту и всему персоналу за наш комфортный отдых. Рекомендуем всем, кто ценит комфорт, тишину, чистоту и внимание к деталям. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Fui a Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y me alojé durante dos noches en este maravilloso hotel, amplio, nuevo , cómodo y limpio y con unas vistas inmejorables, de lo mejor que había visto hasta la fecha. Estoy seguro de que repetiré en cuanto regrese a la isla.

Modern, schoon en centraal gelegen appartement. Inchecken moet jezelf doen als het niet lukt kan je bellen voor hulp. Wij moesten bellen en werden vriendelijk geholpen door Javier. Wij hadden appartement 404 voor 4 personen aan de straatzijde. Het appartement is volledig ingericht met bank, eethoek, keuken, koffie apparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, servies, vaatwasser, wasrek, grote koelkast met vriezer etc. Top appartement ook voor gezinnen. Enige klein minpuntje is herrie van het verkeer als je buiten op balkon zit. Verder is alles top en een aanrader om hier te verblijven. Foto’s op de site komen overeen met wat je krijgt.

Estupendo. Apartamento de lujo, con todo detalle. Muy bien insonorizado. Cerca del mar y de la salida de la ciudad para visitar el resto de la isla. Muchos supermercados próximos. Por poner una pega, el wc tragaba con dificultad.
