A perfect hotel, in the heart of the city. The only negative detail is that the check-in time is too late at 2:00 p.m. and if you have an appointment it is a disadvantage. Now many hotels work like this, but I don't see it well.

Habitación grande y luminosa, puedes escoger entre una almohada mas dura o mas blanda. Cama muy cómoda. El detalle de la máquina de café con cápsulas. sensacional. Un aspecto a mejorar: la mapara de la ducha no impide que se salga el agua por el suelo del baño. Situado en el centro de Las Palmas, cerca de la playa de Las Canteras.

Habitación cómoda y trato exquisito. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado y es de bastante calidad. La existencia de zona de trabajo es muy útil. Los desayunos tienen un horario amplio y son de gran calidad. La wifi tiene una velocidad aceptable, podría mejorarse.

A very nice hotel in the center of Las Palmas, but nothing special or overwhelming. Breakfast has a wide selection of things, very good. Gym is very little but it exists anyway. Rooms are clean and spacious. You can hear sounds from neighbouring rooms, though.

En general, recomendaría este hotel. La ubicación es ideal para ir de compras, hay un montón de tiendas en los alrededores. La estación de autobuses está a 15 minutos a pie. La habitación me pareció muy buena, con una cama cómoda y un diseño interior agradable. La televisión grande solo tiene canales españoles, otros canales están disponibles si pagas. Sin embargo, hay un gran aspecto negativo: Internet. Un fracaso continuo. Me temo que esto le ha hecho perder una estrella al hotel. No desayuné, por lo que no puedo expresar ninguna opinión al respecto.

+ clean. + location is amazing. Literally everything is near. + reception is experienced and so helpful in every small thing. + breakfast large and allergies noted. + suite exactly like in pictures (no balcony available). +hotel is quiet and peaceful. +working space at lobby is free to use. - sign: “this elevator for staff use only”. It’s not. It’s broken. Staff uses one and same elevator than guests. So elevator is busy all the time and have to wait long time for it. -room service menu is not coming from hotel breakfast restaurant. It doesn’t reflect the level of hotel. It’s really poor. Luckily there is a lot of restaurants around the hotel. -rooftop and pool is closed at winter time.
