A perfect hotel, in the heart of the city. The only negative detail is that the check-in time is too late at 2:00 p.m. and if you have an appointment it is a disadvantage. Now many hotels work like this, but I don't see it well.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias, desayuno tipo buffet de 10, hay también una hamburguesería gourmet en el interior del hotel que es recomendable al 100% y que personalmente recomiendo visitar, hay un gimnasio en la primera planta, tiene paradas de guaguas y taxis muy cercanas y está en una de las principales avenidas comerciales de Gran Canaria. Por poner alguna pega decir en la entrada principal no hay rampa para subir un carro de bebé o silla de minusválidos y habría que entrar por una entrada secundaria que sí posee rampa.

Nos hemos quedado impresionados con este hotel, tanto en limpieza, confort y atención al cliente. Fran y Jorge son la caña, nos han explicado como movernos por la isla y nos han hecho sentir como en casa, pocos profesionales de este calibre. Totalmente recomendable hotel y personal, si algún día vuelvo a Las Palmas de Gran Canarias asegurado este hotel.

La habitación estupenda solo remarcar que deberían de poner más perchas en el armario para las estancias largas(ejemplo 10 días como es mi caso) el desayuno es de una calidad y variedad muy buena, con un personal excelente, súper servicial y amable.

La habitación era perfecta por espacio, limpieza y equipación. Pero tanto en ella como en las zonas comunes pequeños detalles de mantenimiento (juntas, moqueta). Esperamos mucho tiempo por el ascensor de nuestra planta (el otro solo sube a la 3ª). La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. Volveremos sin duda.
