Everything was perfect until check-out. The receptionist was quite rude. We thought check-out was at 12, but it was actually at 11. When we politely asked for just 5 more minutes, they reacted aggressively and made us feel harassed — very unprofessional. That said, the hotel is very clean and in a great location right by the beach.

Bardzo dobry hotel przy samej plaży LAS CANTERAS,SPA wliczone w cene podobnie jak śniadanie.Piekny basen na dachu plus bar,siłownia-na parterze Restauracja Roma w której serwowane jest śniadanie oraz obiado-kolacja na przeciwko Restauracja Terrace La Marina z dużym tarasem i pieknym widokiem na plażę.Hotel czysty,dobra obsługa,darmowe ,dobrej jakosci WIFI.Polecam-3 pobyt /od 2023,2024/w hotelu zarezerwowany od koncówki września do początku pażdziernika 2025.Polecam.p.s obok promenada pełna barów ,restauracji,sklepów plus piekna plaża.

En recepción me trataron muy mal. Hubo una persona que me falto al respeto porque me quejé de no tener parking y que no se me había notificado que el parking estaba cerrado por obras en el hotel. Ademas no pude dormir porque los obreros hacían ruido a partir de las 7:00h a.m. Muy mala experiencia.

Second stay at this hotel This was our second time staying at the Bull Reina Isabella. It’s in a great location right on the beach and the breakfast is top quality. Staff are really helpful too and the hotel is spotless. The only reason it’s not five stars this time was our sea view room had very little view of the sea. It was in a corner on the first floor, so our main view was of the roof of the bar. If we stood up and looked around the corner, then we saw a sliver of sea! I did ask if we could be moved, but there were no available alternative rooms. This was room 153, so although we’ll book again, we’ll be asking not to be put in this room. The room itself was lovely though and the air conditioning was the best we’ve experienced. A lot of the rooms were being refurbished, so it will be interesting to see what these will be like.

Wir kennen Gran Canaria seit 1978. Nachdem wir die Temperaturen im Süden (Playa del Ingles / Meloneras) als zu heiss empfinden, waren wir nun zum zweiten Mal in Las Palmas und 2025 zum ersten Mal im REINA ISABELL. Tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, Pool und kleines SPA im 8. OG, kostenlose Liegen am Strand für Hotelgäste. Zimmer werden schrittweise renoviert. In und um Las Palmas kann man viel unternehmen, zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Grosses Aquarium und Technikmuseum nicht nur für Regentage. in 400m Entfernung grosser Busbahnhof, von dort aus erreicht man kostengünstig fast jeden Winkel der Insel. Wir kommen sicher wieder !! Aber ACHTUNG: keine Zimmer zur Strassenseite buchen, dort ist es sehr laut !!

Situated perfect, but can never go back, The Lilly display was of the scale,you couldn't get away from the perfume the scent went through the whole of the ground floor of the hotel, I ended up at the Drs with chronic Asthma plus a hefty bill. The food was not good very limited for vegetarians, The Spar was lovey so was the Staff.

We stayed at the Bull Reina Isabel for a week over the Easter period- we specifically picked this hotel for its proximity to the beach whilst also offering us the opportunity to visit the city: the hotel was ideally placed for this. We really enjoyed our stay- the reception team were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast offered an amazing choice of products to suit the most diverse tastes, and had the added bonus of a chef on hand for omelettes etc. We had paid for a sea view however, and in this we were underwhelmed having seen the lovely vista on the website, the room we were allocated was a corner space with a side sea view- very dark in the interior as the patio doors were in a far corner and the balcony was half the size of most of the other rooms- in this we were disappointed. We made good use of the roof top pool and found it delightful, access to sunbeds on the beach was an added bonus. We used the spa an one occasion and enjoyed the facilities- allowing children in the main spa pool did however change the ambinece of the room. Overall a great stay in a prime location.

. "I want to commend the staff at this hotel for their outstanding service. They were friendly, efficient, and made our several visits enjoyable. However, I was appalled by the manager's decision to charge me €3 for two sachets of sugar when I experienced a dangerous drop in blood sugar. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of compassion. I hope the hotel management will review this policy. Sadly for the next ten days we never went back.
