Terrible experience. It's called a Hotel but it has nothing of a Hotel. It's a small building that has rooms, where you enter with a code. We booked as a couple for a week with half board. Don't do it. The rooms are nice overall, but the photos shown on social media (even the standard ones) are only the superior ones. The Standard ones all have double beds divided into two singles. Inconvenient for couples. But the thing that made me vomit the most about this vacation was the dirt. It's truly something scandalous, other people's hair everywhere, stained bedspreads, if you look under the bed there's a carpet of dust, dirty sink, they don't change your towels, there's no hand soap. Disgusting! There's a young cleaning lady with short hair who does everything except her job, put your things in the safe because some things have disappeared and I'm sure it was her. English: Pitiful service, one evening unfortunately my partner hit his head hard against the window (00:30), we asked at the reception for ice, they didn't even have instant ice. (Technically it is mandatory to have a first aid kit but they didn't have it). Among other things, the guy at the reception didn't care at all and hastily dismissed us without even asking how he was. Crazy things. I had to go out on the street alone to buy some ice without even the guy being able to give me any directions (but doesn't he live there?). That day, talking about the dirt and what had happened to the superior, he was kind enough to move us to a Superior, but this was also completely dirty, full of other people's hair and honestly I'm not used to living in filth, so I reported it again to the owner who called the cleaning lady showing her the obvious precarious state of the room. I'm usually not a ****, but it really disgusted me and I couldn't do otherwise. In all this, the half board was a total dump. I told you that since it is not a hotel it cannot have a kitchen, so it is connected to a restaurant nearby where you will feel treated like a C-series customer, not a B-series one. Every day for breakfast and dinner the usual 3 things to choose from. A poor starter, fish, only and exclusively frozen salmon (they do whatever they want to the other customers), grilled chicken, carbonara with cream (or 2/3 other types of pasta) and pizza. In the evening I do not eat carbohydrates so I either had chicken (which I do not like) or frozen salmon. 7 days of frozen salmon?!?! Really awful! For dessert either a very heavy chocolate mousse or two scoops of vanilla ice cream, otherwise the fruit (they only and exclusively have kiwis and bananas) nauseating. I have to say a really awful experience, I will never go back. I hope you don't make the same mistake. And never see you again, that cleaning lady
