Had very nice service from the reception staff, allowed us to check-in early and also leave our bags after check-out.
The room was on the 14th floor, the rooms are a little tired but not bad for a short stay. The rooms could use soundproofing doors and windows.
Pool area on the top floor of the hotel, only accessible by stairs. Offers great 360 view of the city.
Location is great, a few minutes from the beach, port area, shopping centre and transportation hub

This hotel is the tallest building in the north. I was upgraded to a sea view room, which is really nice. I can see the sea when I push open the balcony. It's very comfortable. The hotel service is also good.
