I am very disappointed. First, because I have been trying to contact them during business hours and there is no way. Second, the apartment I was assigned was full of cockroaches (infested) in the kitchen, bathrooms, drawers, including the bedroom. And third, the door to enter was horrible, it was blocked all the time. It was very difficult for me to enter. The hotel's response was: "sorry for the inconvenience."

I chose this apartment for a work trip, because I needed a kitchen. I have thought a lot about how to write this comment but I am going to let you judge the pillow I had, I requested a first world pillow, they took away the only one that was useful for anything and they brought me another one of those (I don't even know what to call it), when I called them because it was 7 o'clock, I was going to buy one. I had a work meeting and I had to go when I left it at 9 pm after working since 7 am to buy a pillow (they haven't refunded my money yet, but honestly that's the least of it) an infernal noise ...this is not their fault but that I had a broken fan and I requested another one and they brought me one that was broken, no, I couldn't even stand up because the legs were all broken. ewifi... no comments, there was only wifi on the kitchen table (photo on the living room table without wifi) the glasses were disgusting (photo) the heat... insane, it was much better on the street, it's my fault for looking If it didn't have air, with the prices paid I assumed there was air, when I saw how hot it was I couldn't make head or tail not to have a fan or air... the iron didn't work I had to ask for another one. ...the water leaked the second time. The situation was such that I left two days before without saying anything and I have not requested a refund or anything, so that it can be seen that it is an absolutely objective opinion and has no economic motivation, it is It would be better to stay in a hostel than here.
