Canteras Suites

Muy malo el servico al cliente! Servicio atencion al cliente muy malo, el primer link emviado para hacer el check in mo funcciono, llame 2 horas al telefono y nadie me cojio. Busque en internet otros numeros de telefono, llame a un hotel que tenia nobre parecido, y me atendiero muy bien explicando que no son el mismo hotel, pero me han enviado ellos su pagina web para ckntactarles a travez de la pagima web. Por fin alguien me contesto despues de 2:30 horas, me enviaron la informacion y hemos podido entrar en el piso 2:30horas mas tarde!!! Y a todo eso, me han recordado que tengo que salir a las 11am cuando no he podido hacer el check in hasa las 5pm!!!

Ils ne sont pas disponibles et le fait d attendre 15h pour pouvoir avoir la chambre. Télé en panne. Changement des draps trop d attente. Bref ce n etait pas a la hauteur. Je n y reviendrais jamais.

Sejour pas à la hauteur de ce studio. Sejour chaotique, service de ménage non fait le jour de la semaine ou il etait prévu, serviettes usées ,telecommande tele é panne et pour la changer attendu 2 ou 3 jours bref pas bien du tout. Dommage.

Personal muy agradable y atento

The experience was awful, we booked with a group of friends of 13 people and the apartment had already been paid for and when we arrived there were only beds for 9 people as there were two closed sofa beds and when we opened it they were broken and the mattress was thin, dirty and we had to throw it on the floor to be able to sleep because they did not give a solution, to top it off without sheets and towels that were missing and some of those that were there had black stains, mattresses with stains too and in one of the rooms there were two cockroaches, the worst of all is that they did not give us a solution, they made our trip bitter and we paid for 13 people something that they did not fulfill, we demand that they return our money.

I want to leave my opinion of the terrible experience at Las Canteras suites during the weekend of October 18-20 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. I went with a group of friends for a hen party (13 in total) we booked two apartments which only had beds for 9 because the sofas in both apartments were broken and no longer broken, at one point we could have thrown the mattresses on the floor but no, they were dirty, yellowish and without sheets. We contacted them, they came to see them and checked what was happening, then the towels were very well rolled and well placed but some were covered in **** (literally poop). We also found several cockroaches, without pillows for all of us... the solution they wanted to give us was on Saturday at 9:30 p.m., which we were not willing to accept because we took the adjoining apartments to be together and not be separated due to not knowing how to manage our stay well, both booking and the agency. I am asking for my money back now!!! I think it was a total scam!!!! And this is not going to stop like this, gentlemen!!!
