These apartments are in a great location, 1 min walk from Las Canteras Beach and bars and restaurants. 2 min walk to a large supermarket and 4 min walk to the nearest bus stop. The apartment its self is adequate and clean and basic, view to the beach but no balcony, which would have been nice. There is a lift so that was good. There is air con, but was not available as no remote, when I asked via email, there was no reply, but was not a major issue, as the room was cool with the patio doors open. My gripe was there was no instructions for washing machine and cooker, and no welcome guides to any local amenities. We had 2 single beds with 1 sheet and bed spread, and 1 blanket in the wardrobe, and 1 large pillow each, but was ok. The kitchen was ok, fridge, cooker kettle, toaster, microwave and mugs and cutlery. but no glasses for drinks, so we had to acquire. But I would stay here again

Muy malo el servico al cliente!
Servicio atencion al cliente muy malo, el primer link emviado para hacer el check in mo funcciono, llame 2 horas al telefono y nadie me cojio. Busque en internet otros numeros de telefono, llame a un hotel que tenia nobre parecido, y me atendiero muy bien explicando que no son el mismo hotel, pero me han enviado ellos su pagina web para ckntactarles a travez de la pagima web. Por fin alguien me contesto despues de 2:30 horas, me enviaron la informacion y hemos podido entrar en el piso 2:30horas mas tarde!!! Y a todo eso, me han recordado que tengo que salir a las 11am cuando no he podido hacer el check in hasa las 5pm!!!

Sejour pas à la hauteur de ce studio.
Sejour chaotique, service de ménage non fait le jour de la semaine ou il etait prévu, serviettes usées ,telecommande tele é panne
et pour la changer attendu 2 ou 3 jours bref pas bien du tout. Dommage.

I am talking about the experience we had last weekend at Canteras Suites. We travelled as a group of friends (13) and stayed in two of their apartments which were not in good condition. The towels were dirty, the two sofa beds were broken so four of us had to sleep on the floor, a plug in one of the bedrooms was hanging down, the blinds did not work. We took adjoining apartments to be all together. We spoke to the agency, they went to see the problem but did not try to solve it until Saturday at 9:30 pm when they gave us the option of occupying two apartments that had just become empty, and we were leaving at 11 the next day so we were not willing because what we wanted was to be all together. The mattresses were also dirty and there were no pillows for everyone. I request a refund because I think everything that happened to us from October 18 to 20 was a scam.

The experience was awful, we booked with a group of friends of 13 people and the apartment had already been paid for and when we arrived there were only beds for 9 people as there were two closed sofa beds and when we opened it they were broken and the mattress was thin, dirty and we had to throw it on the floor to be able to sleep because they did not give a solution, to top it off without sheets and towels that were missing and some of those that were there had black stains, mattresses with stains too and in one of the rooms there were two cockroaches, the worst of all is that they did not give us a solution, they made our trip bitter and we paid for 13 people something that they did not fulfill, we demand that they return our money.
