We expected a lot more for this hotel. Checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and so was the bellboy. The room was sober but clean and i have no comment on that. But, we had no warm water, even after it ran for over 15 minutes. The bartender was unfriendly and i made a comment to him directly that he had to learn to smile, that it does not cost anything. But the same went for the serving staff in the bufet restaurant. Although the hotel was only occupied for about 30% , they were very slow and unfriendly. The selection of food was very limited. Breakfast didn't include bacon, and had only one type of ham and cheese. Lunch and dinner, the same. Small selection of vegetables and speciality dish, 1 type of fish and one type of meat. No cheese, ice cream or even pudding for dessert. I realize it is low season in Samana at this moment, but i had expected more from a Wyndham hotel. Further more, driving there, you can get lost, as there ar no signs or directions to follow. Its in the middle of nowhere.

Excelente hotel para disfrutar en familia y entre amigos. Hermosa playa, variedad de piscinas, todo limpio e higiénico, buen servicio y la comida no estuvo mal aunque pueden mejorar la variedad y entiendo que con todos los restaurantes abiertos esto puede cambiar para mejor. Seguro regresaremos y esperemos que pueda concluir con todas las remodelaciones 🤩

Perfect. I would come back a thousand times. I was delighted.
The service, ugh, the ending. The lady at the front desk and the young woman at the bar next to the pool in Building 5 deserve an 11 out of 10.

Excellent stay! The staff were super friendly, the room spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere very relaxing. Perfect location and great facilities. Highly recommend and would definitely return! Specially Bernardo, Olga, Cassandra, Dudu, Luísa, Jeremy, Carolina, Daelin and Yudeisy from the coffee shop 😁
