Stayed here 3 nights during our National Park trip around the area. Hotel is located in a busy area, with much traffic and noise. Our room was large and very average in style. On the dark side. Lobby has 2 guest computers but the gal trying to help didn’t know the password. Gift shop that was never busy. 2 restaurants, one casual and the other a bit more upscale. The food was not a highlight, for sure. There’s many restaurants in the area and are easy to get to. I would recommend you check them out. Everything average here. We probably wouldn’t stay again.

This place is great, HOWEVER, the really need to update their power situation in the rooms. I mean cmon. No plug in's by the night stands - really? WHAT? Food is great, service, ambiance. but, this one thing is very frustrating and I really don't understand. Extension Cords? Lamps with plugs in them?

All of the staff were very friendly & gave very gracious service! Our special requests were all accommodated & promptly fulfilled. The location was easily accessible & the handicapped parking was ample & near the entrance. We found every area of the hotel to be serene & inviting. Hallways were quiet & no interruption to our sleep.

Hotel Encanto offers the best of Las Cruces. Clean and comfortable rooms, great staff who are always willing to help. It's my home away from home.

We recently spent 6 nights at Hotel Encanto. After staying at of the many “free breakfast” chain hotels in Las Cruces, we really appreciated the cooked to order breakfasts and the cantina’s espresso machine (2 days’ of part-time staff couldn’t work it, but for 5 of our 7 mornings we had great espresso from Dylan :). Dinner at the restaurant was nice, though they were out of some items. The rooms were clean & bathrooms were up to date. King bed was soft/a bit saggy. There was evidence of previous canine residents but that’s true everywhere... Good water pressure/good hot water. Room cleaning & towels only upon request. Less appreciated was the lack of working a/c (in 90+ degree heat) or reasonable and secure internet (text loaded but not photos/videos) in both of the rooms we stayed in on the 7th floor, and that was with the $25 daily resort fee. Thruout our visit, the staff were extremely nice and tried to do their best, but the a/c took 3 nights to solve and the internet was never fixed. We're returning to Las Cruces next month and are debating whether to stay here, ask for a room closer to the internet router(s), hope it’s not too hot, and see if we have a better experience.

Absolutely love this hotel! The staff is exceptional every time and the rooms are top notch. We come to Las Cruces specifically to stay at this hotel for some R & R. Jules was our server in the restaurant and she was outstanding. Because they take pets it’s even better!

Hotel Encanto is one of those places that is a high quality place with all of the amenities while the incredible staff makes you feel like a part of the family. True customer friendly place to stay.

Service was incredible. Selena was especially always helpful and cheery. And we needed help multiple times. She was above and beyond. In fact every staff we encountered was incredible. Even service in the restaurant. The bathrooms were a little dirty and there were plumbing issues, like the sink not draining but staff made up for that.
