Charged us $50.00 for a stained wash cloth 3 days after we checked out. Wash cloth wasn't stained by the way. They refused to give us any kind of proof of the stain or the wash cloth, since we paid $50 for it. Said they destroyed it. What a RIPOFF, just adding charges because they felt like it. Avoid this place. There are plenty of other hotels in Las Cruces.

Great place. Friendly people and clean environment. The freshly made cookies are such a plus! Gives you coziness. I would definitely stay again. 💯 pool was open and elevator worked. Breakfast was a typical breakfast included in your stay.

The Front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The kids really enjoyed having the fresh baked cookies each day. It was very comforting and added a touch of being home. The breakfast person asked how I slept and was very prompt in refilling any of the breakfast items missing. House keeping did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay in Las Cruces. Thank you for having such great caring staff members!!!!!! I would recommend staying here. We plan on coming back to New Mexico and staying here again!

This is an awesome place for families traveling with kids. We stayed here on Sunday 6/04/23. Our experience was so good we modified our return trip so we could stay here again. It was that awesome. Selina is responsible for us wanting to return. While all the staff here are excellent, Selena went over and above to make sure we were happy. The hotel itself is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the grounds are spotless. The breakfast has the usual offerings for a hot breakfast. Always stocked, always fresh. The pool is open until 11 if your kids want to swim. We are so impressed with this hotel, we plan on staying here every time we are in town.

love love love. i was a little worried at first when the sign wasn’t lit up and not many people in the parking lot but got greeted by the sweetest lady (lori) and got clean rooms every single time. service 10/10. rooms 10/10. pool looked nice and clean.

I expected so much more out of this stay since the reviews seemed pretty good. The front door sensors did not work and door had to be forced open every time. Front desk staff was rude and didn’t explain anything when checking in, just “sign here, sign here and sign here.” Room looked clean, but there was stains on the bedding and on the walls. There were underwear in the closet from I’m assuming the people who stayed before us. The shower head wasn’t screwed on. Breakfast was still not out at 0645 on a Saturday morning. Sunday morning breakfast at 0700 was scarce and it took staff awhile to bring more food out and was rude when asked if they were going to refill the waffles and eggs. Will not recommend nor stay at this place again

I have spent weeks trying to get fraudulent charges from this hotel removed from my credit card. The most important fact to know is that I **NEVER** stayed here. I tried to book a room as a walk-in. The rep at the front desk said they had rooms open and began the check-in process. After she had swiped my credit card, she informed me they had no "clean" rooms available (her word, not mine). She said they had several empty rooms, but they were all "dirty" (again, her words). She handed me back my credit card, apologized for the inconvenience, and wished me luck finding another hotel. I soon noticed *two* charges for a room that, once again, I never got. I called the hotel. Nothing. I called corporate. Nothing. I finally got a response out of them after filing a dispute through my credit card company; they credited one of the charges back to my account but not the other. I have since been informed that they have "proof" of my stay, although I have yet to receive the copy I requested.

This hotel has it all. Clean, comfortable rooms, fast internet, a relaxing pool, a great hot breakfast & a great staff. When we left our room, I accidently left a cord to my CPAC in our room. I didn't discover that it was missing until I got to my next hotel. I called this hotel & they had my cord, so I drove back & got it. This is a great hotel.
