The perfect hotel for the religious Jew. The amenities were basic, but the service was very good and the location is right next to the chabad and they have minyans every day. Also there is a very helpful tour office down the block where you can rent bikes and also get guided tours. All in all, I had a very good experience at this hotel.

Hygiene: The floor drain in the bathroom is clogged, the drainage is not timely, the sanitary ware is very dirty, there are many water stains, and the stainless steel has large rust spots. Facilities: The gym facilities are very good, and the swimming pool is perfect, but there are no charging adapters for travelers, especially Asians. As a star hotel it should not be.

Positive: Location, Room size, wifi speed, big balcony, free toiletries, fast elevator, microwave works, water boiler works, fridge works, free towels, toilet works, many restaurants nearby and a nice cleaning lady. Negative: Balcony door does not lock. Staff came to check it and said they can not do anything about it and told me there are no criminals and we dont need to worry at night if it is not locked and we can leave the valuables in the room even if the balcony door is open and the neighbours could easily just jump over the balcony. Nothing happened luckily and we were happy. There was bird poop in the balcony, but the cleaning lady was nice and cleaned it. There was no sea view and no sun chairs as in the photos. The staff said they cant do nothing about it. But the cleaning lady clean the bird poop and I just sun tanned then on the balcony without the sun chair and it was also nice. Sofa was a bit broken, dishes were very dirty and the toilet smelled very bad. The water in the shower was not hot, only warm.

Never felt the need to complain about a hotel stay up until now. We stayed with Onisillos Hotel from March 9th to the 11th and it was well and truly the worst experience ive ever had staying at a hotel. The windowsill in bathroom was vile, rotten and falling apart. Loose tiles in all parts of the room on floor and walls. We had to request to have the hot water turned on in our room for a shower and then the manager pressured us into having a shower quickly so he could turn it back off again. He kept complaining that every time the expensive part from the boiler breaks when people shower, he needs to order the part from Italy and will bill the customers for this. On the Friday morning we showered and then left our room for breakfast and to go and have a swim in the beach, when we came back to our room, we asked for the hot water to be turned back on so we could wash and get changed for the evening. The manager at first denied us having a second shower until I said we'd been in the sea and I need a shower to wash off the sand and salt... I was disgusted by him even denying us a shower when we were paying guests. The shower itself was broken and not fixed to the wall, had low pressure and the water was lukewarm at best even when boiler was supposedly turned on. Our TV had a Greek plug with a UK plug socket on the wall so we were unable to use the television. When we addressed this with the manager, he asked if we could speak Greek as this is the only language on local TV so don't worry about the TV if we cannot. Room was filthy under the beds/tables and we found mess under every bed including a water bottle in the bottom of the sofa bed with an expiry date from 2 years ago! Had to hand in our key when we went out in the evening which I've never had to do at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Hotel was generally old and dilapidated. All in all would avoid staying here. Awful.

Stayed at the hotel on my own. The room was spacious and super clean. Room had a fridge with complimentary bottles if water. In the bathroom was everything I needed from toothbrush to shower cap etc. Complimentary coffee facility including espresso machine. Staff were amazing and treat all guests like old friends.

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. Nearest to lcq airport 425 bus gets you there for 3 euros. Seaside across directly from beach. Nearby ministore. A long walk to downtown along promenade. Location, location, location. Think any tired old seaside hotel in england but all there. Has seen better days Nice cats!

We stayed for one week in this hotel. Our experience was excellent. Our room was big and spacious, with nice view to the sea. Maidens used to clean our room every day. The breakfast was very delicious made from fresh local ingredients. I really enjoyed ”mpourekia anaris”. The staff were kind and always helpful. We also used the Spa services of the hotel, who strongly recommend. The pool and beach area is well organised and nice to spend your day. Moreover there is plenty of space to park your car inside hotel area.

Breakfast is very ordinary-nothing. It is suitable only if you are very hungry. Around the village and a few restaurants, it was boring in 4 days. The hotel is perpendicular to the sea, so it is very conditional to see the ”sea view” from all rooms. The rooms are the same, the type of dormitory-choosing ”expensive” is meaningless. Check-in one hour early or check-out one hour late will take half a day longer. Opposite another hotel, there is very loud live music playing until very late, even if you close the windows, you have to listen to bad songs and enjoy Cypriot Kirkorov, Elton John, etc. There is also a nice one-the staff is very kind and the water is clean.

The hotel is located by the sea and has its own exclusive beach. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it is not possible to swim in winter. There is also an indoor swimming pool. The hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and the staff was very friendly. The only problem is that the room is not very soundproof.
