3-Star Hotels in Larnaca

Positive: Location, Room size, wifi speed, big balcony, free toiletries, fast elevator, microwave works, water boiler works, fridge works, free towels, toilet works, many restaurants nearby and a nice cleaning lady. Negative: Balcony door does not lock. Staff came to check it and said they can not do anything about it and told me there are no criminals and we dont need to worry at night if it is not locked and we can leave the valuables in the room even if the balcony door is open and the neighbours could easily just jump over the balcony. Nothing happened luckily and we were happy. There was bird poop in the balcony, but the cleaning lady was nice and cleaned it. There was no sea view and no sun chairs as in the photos. The staff said they cant do nothing about it. But the cleaning lady clean the bird poop and I just sun tanned then on the balcony without the sun chair and it was also nice. Sofa was a bit broken, dishes were very dirty and the toilet smelled very bad. The water in the shower was not hot, only warm.

I had good stay at flamingo, clean , tidy n not faraway from city town ,40 mins walk from airport, beach is just cross the road, location is great , only WiFi is not working in the rooms , you have to use down stairs by reception area or even it is working out side the hotel , receptionist was very helpful , I checked in 1:00 am after midnight , no issues at all.

Brilliant hotel. Very unique decor (urban graffiti) mixed with modern aesthetic. Nice big rooms, nice balcony and 10 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was included (good mix of hot and cold food, pastries, was sometimes a little cold) nice staff and even had one of the guys make me a pizza when I arrived late and he was about to finish his shift.

We found the hotel was in a perfect location, maybe some outside noise during the night but it definitely didn’t bother us. Everything right on your doorstep; beach, restaurants cafes and bars. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. All in all excellent value and can highly recommend. We will definitely go back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not recommend at all! I had call and asked if there is a sea view room with a double bed(not too beds as one and confirmed about it) and breakfast and the woman said yes, but i needed to pay for that asap as it was still available, so i went after 2-3 hours and paid. However when i went there the man in reception told that the breakfast is not included in that price, but on phone the woman said included. I said its ok and i paid, didn't really mind it. BUT at our arrival, i got on a big unpleasant surprise! I got a room facing the next building and a two beds. We went to the receptionist and the woman started giving stupid excuses and talking with BIG BAD attitude! She said it was the only one left and the hotel was already fully booked and they were thinking to send as to another hotel but she could send as to the next one(again balcony facing next building). I explained that i already paid for that 2 weeks ago and they should inform me if it was already free or full. Then i insisted that i booked and paid extra for the sea view double bed. The again stupid excuses! She said don't give too much attention to that man and that things can change last minute(YES BY TAKING MONEY AND NOT INFORMING). Then we took all our stuff and asked for money refund as we didn't find and expected what we paid and the woman took out the money but then immediately refused to give and said talk with manager and eventually offered the AVAILABLE room i paid but with two beds. Because of the whole story we got really tired and upset we accepted but i already said i will give review for that. She replied in a very sarcastic way''Ok, give!''. As we entered the room, we faced other issues. Toaster was having melt signs(from heating and looked not safe for use), the main living room window was whistle loud because windy, and on the living room we heard a loud noise of something felt down really bad and it was the wall heater. Mentioning the uncovered Main Electrics and POOR WiFi on all these. We were shocked! As we were trying to have a rest and sleeping they start to call from reception and got scared in the middle of our sleep. We answered and they were looking wrong person. After going out that RUDE woman start being sarcastic and said that we chose you(couple) to stay and to move to another hotel, because you are of this nationality (ALSO RACIST) and that the price normally of the sea view double is more than we paid(tried to make as feel guilty, that we did the mistake and she is doing as a FAVOR). The worst experience i ever had so far!

Large room with a swimming pool on the roof Very efficient staff We got for free a bottle of red dry wine ! Highly recommandable Restarant Edesmus very close. (Next street) give you very large and cheap dishes

Stopped for one night. The entrance to the hotel is not easy to find, nothing is distinguished at all. Resepshchen is small. There are several floors, there are elevators. The hotel is next to the embankment. The room is large, with a small kitchen-room and a small balcony that looks right in the windows of the nearby hotel. A comfortable mattress. There is everything you need

The hotel was super clean and neat, that was great. The hotel staff was helpful. But the location was not so good, no shops around, and the beach was more far on foot than expected. No shampoo nor toothbrush were provided, but there is no place to buy them aroumd, so you need to be prepared. I choose this hotel to catch the early flight, since this hotel is close to the airport. So I asked the hotel to book a taxi. But the taxi charged me the fixed price of €20 for 5 minute drive. I should have stayed a hotel close to the city center and catch a meter taxi.

Room spacious and clean. Had ground floor room so imagine other ones are even better. No complaints with it. Happy I stayed there given the price. I was solo male traveller. 5 minutes walk at most to Lazarus so brilliant location.
