It was first class, room was comforable, a large double bed probably made the room seem a bit smaller, that is not a complaint just an observation. had everything one would want. Shower nice and warm and easy to use, bed most comfortable. The whole Hotel was spotless, breakfast was "out of this world" anything you needed or wanted was there. Staff friendly and helpful, but not "in your face" which I dislike, are there if needed, there happened to be a quiz on on the Friday night which was great and for charity as well. Yea I would give this 6 out of 5.

Having lived in Largs back about 20 years ago this was a bit of a blast from the past, the staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for you. The bedroom was fine and comfortable, overall our stay was great. Breakfast was good and plenty of it we enjoyed our wee drinks in the bar in the evening and the company was good, we would recommend the Woodhouse hotel to anyone who are planning a visit to Largs.

We booked a room to attend a family wedding in town . We asked for an early arrival to allow us to check in beforehand. This was cheerfully accommodated. Our room was very clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and overall we enjoyed our stay .

Very friendly B & B and convenient for the town. Great breakfast, sets you up all day. Stayed in the room with the four poster bed. Very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Largs a lovely place to visit. Visited during the Viking festival. Will definitley return!

This hotel is in a great location for largs and the coast and all it has to offer.The owner/host was welcoming and friendly as was all the staff.Our room was comfortable especially the four poster bed which was large and ideal for a great nights sleep.The bar was cosy and we were lucky to have nice weather so took the opportunity to sit outside in the gardens which had plenty of seating to get comfortable.Plenty of parking and the breakfast was brilliant.Would/will definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed in a spacious room with a large king-size, comfortable bed. The room had a TV, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer, and a small balcony. It was clean and tidy. Our en suite facilities, whilst in perfect working order, were unfortunately very short on space. The shower cubicle in particular was very small. We enjoyed our daily breakfast, which was, quite simply, superb. Food options understood and catered for my wife's need for gluten free food. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking was good. We would stay at this hotel again, but choose a different room, because of the en suite situation.

Great night's stay at the Woodhouse a friendly family run establishment. Room was lovely and clean with a nice comfy bed, I had a great night's sleep. Had the best Scottish breakfast in the morning which was cooked to order, definitely recommend the Woodhouse to others.

Friendly welcome, The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had fluffy towels and top quality toilet paper. The cooked breakfast and other choices were excellent. Car parking was ample and street parking available. 10 to 15 minutes walk to ferry terminal and town centre.

Great location and lovely stay, I travelled here on business, and upon the friendly greeting from Willie, I enjoyed a thoroughly nice stay. Spacious, comfortable rooms and was awarded with a stunning view. Great service, a very tasty breakfast and a peaceful nights sleep. Would I return? Absolutely. A larger tv is my only wish to make it perfect. No gripe, just a suggestion. Thank you and hopefully see you again
