Sol & Luna is a comfortable and beautiful place to relax and enjoy your vacation, with 1,880Sq Ft. It’s located 15 min from Clearwater Beach, top rated beach in the country. 15 min from Indian Rocks, 20 minutes from St Petersburg Beach and other great beaches. We are 20-25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, close from Countryside Mall, Tampa International Mall, and many restaurants in the surrounding area. Universal Studio and Disney are around 1.5 hours from the property. The owners has an attached efficiency Studio (in the garage) with an independent entrance, and it’s used for two or three more guests. Guests in the garage are able to use the pool and patio area. So pool, patio and laundry are shared.Pool cleans (small branches/leaves only) get done every two or three days a week by the owners, and every Wednesday by a pool company service. Our patio has nice trees that provide a lot of nice shade, but also a lot of leaves.The laundry room is on one side of the house, and it’s shared. Please feel free to use it from 7am to 10 pm.We have a big and spacious living room with a 65” TV with access to the internet. We don’t have TV cable, just Netflix.  The dining room has a big dinning table with 6 chairs and also a TV.The kitchen is well equipped: microwave, blender, (no dishwasher), three bar stools. We provide some base cooking (oil, salt, pepper, sugar)Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a spacious independent bathroom, 2 extra rooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with a bunk bed. We have two extra sofa beds in the dining room and two more bathrooms, the house holds up to 9 people but the price is based on 7 people. If you are planning to come with more than 7 people, please notify the owner. The owner is available through text messages. Will get back to you in 1-2 hours or sooner if it's possible. You can also utilize all other smart TV apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc with your own subscriptions. We also have board games and books for you to enjoy. There are beach chairs and a cooler to use for trips to the beach! Off the living room is a screened in lanai with a quiet, peaceful view. Kitchen has all the basics to prepare meals. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig to start your day! We have free k cups and creamer/sugar provided. There is a high chair available if needed. Master bedroom has a king bed and another 44" TV with Roku connected. It also has an en suite full bathroom. Also has walk in closet with plenty of space. Second bedroom has a queen bed and blackout curtains (great for kids!). This bedroom has 1 closet. Second full bathroom is right next to bedroom. We provide extra towels, wash cloths, beach towels, extra blankets, sheets, and pillows. Hair dryer and first aid kit also available. In unit washer and dryer available for small loads of laundry.
