So disappointed. After midnight and our luggage is organized. We saw a big cockroach. Called the customer service. Change the room. Then we found there is Sand on the bed !? We were so tired and we just shake the cover and went to sleep. Breakfast from 7-10 am. We went to breakfast at 9:22 am. The hot survice food is empty. They stopped the machine for the Waffle. The lady told us there is no more food. We were shocked. No good sleep. It was really hard for us sleeping while there is the light of the air condition control on the wall. No breakfast as well. And rude customer service. So disappointed from Holiday inn.

The room was great. Comfortable and clean. Lots of flies in the lobby and when Sunday morning arrived someone didn’t show up for work. There was no hot breakfast. Many people waiting in the lobby for the doors to open for breakfast. After 7am a child opened the doors to see what was going on and informed us no one was in the breakfast area. You could get cold cereal or yogurt but not much else. Why the person behind the desk didn’t put up a sign or make an announcement is a mystery.

Rooms were humid. Air conditioning did not seem to be working. Bathroom had some damage from a previous leak. Bathroom fan did not work.

Terrible
We made a reservation for a room with two queen beds, but were given a room with only one bed for the same price. My husband, our daughter, and I had to squeeze into one small bed. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful — they showed no interest in resolving the issue. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
