Rooms were nice and clean.
Room was on a non smoking floor, but there was a strong smell of someone smoking **** in one of the rooms. Could smell it from the lift lobby area.

Nice location. Close to the highway. Centrally located to everything we needed. Great for a short stay. Took advantage of the continental breakfast before heading out.

Pillows
The pillows really need to be changed I had to go buy pillows to be comfortable they are so old they can't even be called pillows now it's just loose cotton. The staff some of the ladies are just very rude.the elevators don't work.

Terrible stay, staff was helpful and kind. Building is a nightmare, surroundings as usual in Laredo. Besides, not as cheap as we expected.

This is an older building with single pane windows that do not secure properly. As a result, being in Laredo Texas, during the summer...the air conditioner was not able to keep up, making the room very unpleasant. Also, when I was packing up to check out, I noticed roaches running back into the corner of the room by the A/C unit.

The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The rooms were ok for being a budget hotel. The bathroom was good, but the baths look old.
The breakfast was fine but the guy overseeing it looked annoyed.
I think if the hallways were updated, the place as a whole would feel much better.
