Let me start by saying I have Hilton a week to respond to my feedback and they didn’t. Even. Bother. To. Respond. I will add im a diamond w Hilton. I showed up for my reservation I made WEEKS in advance to be told I was being put in a smoking room so I could have a fridge I needed out of neccesity. Worse than any roach motel I could have booked this place needs leveled. Disgusting. Microwave hadn’t been cleaned in weeks if not months. Everything smelled so bad. Even with a shower I went to a work meeting the next day smelling like I smoked 10 packs of ciggarettes. But the best worst part? The AC didn’t work and they told me they were aware of the issue. So no sleep and a room at 80 degrees! And I was supposed to head home for a 5 hrs drive after a full day of work the next day. Hilton, seriously? You’d treat a loyal customer like this and fail for a while week to address these slum conditions? Question your loyalty to Hilton and never stay at this hotel!!!!!

No hay sofa cama
En general bien, pero si quiero comentar que en los detalles de la habitación de ********** venia dos camas y sofá cama, al llegar al hotel nos comentaron que sofá cama solo se ofrecía con cama king size, le mostré la publicación pero que no existía la configuración ofrecida por la compañía de **********, mi familia es de 5, 3 adultos y 2 adolescentes de 13 y 15, nos falto espacio considerable para dormir bien.

El baño tenía una fuga del inodoro la cual no arreglaron, todo inundado. Alfombra manchada de rojo, dando aspecto a sangre, puerta de entrada con golpes rota y por si fuera poco la tina no tenía para cerrar por lo cual no se podía llenar. Pésimo servicio
