Large and comfortable home great for children and musicians with lots of areas to play and make music. Great location close to Washington and LaPrell parks, along with East Campus sports and restaurants. Nice backyard for barbecues with 2-3 person hot tub. This is a cozy, charming house that's been getting lots of updates.
