Overall a horrible experience. At no time did staff greet us with a "hello" or "How are you today? " Initial room had a stench that was unbearable. Moved to another room where TV did not work, housekeeping did not show up as promised, mini fridge made noise, and breakfast was very limited to say the least. This place needs help!

Mattress felt worn out, very uncomfortable. Breakfast was subpar. Limited choices, typical powdered eggs and some kind of strange sausage links. Not sure what they were made of. One small pitcher of OJ sitting on the counter, and no other juice options. The young man that checked me out was very agitated when I asked for a reprint of my billing invoice as it had the wrong address on it. Don’t know whose address was printed on it but it wasn’t mine. He actually wanted to argue about my own address, even after I showed him my ID. Incredibly rude. I’ll avoid this hotel unless it’s a last resort in Laramie.

Had a good one night stay here while passing through and found an Applebees a 5 minute walk away. We got a friendly and helpful reception, the room is modern and clean with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, flat screen tv and good aircon. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty standard fare but quite acceptable with good choices. Plenty of parking and the outside areas well kept. Coffee and cold water in reception seating area at all times.No hesitation staying here again; decent value for money.

Beware - you will be charged for the safe in your room that you are not aware of. Oh and you won't be informed upon check in that this is optional and you can opt out of having the safe in your room if you don't need it and/or don't want the extra charge. You'll eventually just look at your receipt, wonder why you were charged for the safe in your room, and be told that you needed to opt out upon check in (without anyone telling you about the safe or charge at check in)....The lack of transparency with this is unacceptable.

We stayed the last week in August. The sign in the rooms says rooms will be cleaned and clean towels every 3 days. This wasn't the case and after the 4th day asked management. Was told I had to leave a door hanger requesting such service and should have been given a door hanger. NOT. And don't waste your time on the free breakfast. Rubber eggs and cold sausage. Everything these days are blamed on staffing, seems poor management is the case here. Much different then the last time. Find something else

Disappointing. 150 double room. Brakfast almost average. Biscuts old. Towel rack and ice machine broke. Room clean and fresh. Did not see much staff around. Ac was not on when we arrived. For this kind of money I expected more. I will go somewhere else next time.

Tired & dingy. The rooms were dark and everything looked like it could use a good hard scrub. The kind of hotel carpet you don’t want to go barefoot on. Pool & hot tub were cloudy & no towels (but there were supposed to be). Overall, would not recommend or stay again.

Paper thin walls. Wow!! You can hear exactly what the people in the next room are saying! I asked to see the room they were giving me before taking it, they just told me it was the only room they had available. I stayed here for 4 nights and I was not happy at this hotel and won't stay here again. I will stay away from all Quality Inn's because of my experience at this one.
