I’ve paid to stay for one night, after we’ve checked in i was shocked to see how the hotel looked from the inside messy worse customer service not organised and the worse shock was the rooms very ugly dirty beds and the terrace had spiderwebs it basically looked like boot camp rather than a hotel.
Location is so far impossible to get there if you don’t have a car no source of transportation.
I have paid but left as soon as i saw the state of that hotel I didn’t even ask for my money back it’s was so disgusting no customer skills whatsoever.
I do not recommend this place so disgusting.

I J’ai passé 5 jours exceptionnels au Lixus Beach Resort, un endroit magnifique, calme et bien entretenu. Le cadre est parfait pour se détendre, plage à proximité, piscines propres, buffet varié, chambres confortables et personnel aux petits soins. Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué mon séjour, c’est l’équipe d’animation ! Un immense merci à Mr Break, Mr Bono et Mr Goumiri qui ont su mettre l’ambiance du matin au soir. Leur énergie, leur humour et leur professionnalisme ont rendu chaque journée vivante et mémorable. Que ce soit les jeux en journée, les spectacles le soir ou les moments d’échange, ils ont su créer une véritable atmosphère familiale et chaleureuse. Je repars avec de très bons souvenirs et je recommande ce club les yeux fermés. Merci à toute l’équipe du Lixus Beach Resort, et surtout à ces animateurs au top 🙌

Pendant mon séjour j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’animation une équipe passionnée , dynamique, bienveillante notamment Fati , Amine , Gomuri , Break , Loco , et Bono qui proposait des activités variées (fitness, jeux collectifs, soirées musicales) toujours avec professionnalisme et bonne humeur. Je souhaiterais également remercier la réceptionniste Rajae toujours disponible, souriante et attentive à chaque demande Grâce à leur engagement j’ai vécu une expérience conviviale fluide et vraiment réussie Merci à tous
