I’ve paid to stay for one night, after we’ve checked in i was shocked to see how the hotel looked from the inside messy worse customer service not organised and the worse shock was the rooms very ugly dirty beds and the terrace had spiderwebs it basically looked like boot camp rather than a hotel.
Location is so far impossible to get there if you don’t have a car no source of transportation.
I have paid but left as soon as i saw the state of that hotel I didn’t even ask for my money back it’s was so disgusting no customer skills whatsoever.
I do not recommend this place so disgusting.

Je veux réclamer que le service d'accueil est nul ... Je demande la femme de ménage pendant 2 jours mais sans réponse.. il font les réponses froide qui ne font rien que tarder la résolution des problèmes et réclamations. Je suis déçu de cette expérience.. où il y a personne qui répond a nos demande. Je suis encore à l'hôtel et je fais ma réclamation dans cette page. C honteux 😕☹️

Un séjour inoubliable grâce à une équipe d’animation dynamique et chaleureuse, Surtout lors des séances de réveil musculaire, de Zumba et de dance orientale avec Mme Housna qui en plus d’être une coach sportive, est aussi une coach émotionnelle toujours prête à donner de précieux conseils pour mieux gérer le stress, retrouver confiance en soi, ou simplement se sentir mieux dans sa peau, c’est une personne inspirante et une très belle rencontre qui a marqué mon séjour. Et aussi sans oublier les parties de water polo avec M. Ahmed, des moments de compétition et de fun qui laissent une empreinte mémorable.

aamzing animation team at Lixus beach resort! thanks to Housna, the best zumba and pilates coach, and so great at meditation too,, and thanks also to Ahmed the excellent fitnrss trainer, and I must mention the incredible circus show by the members of the animation team.

First time to be in Lixus Beach Resort and definitely won’t be the last I will come back again The atmosphere and the people who are working here are so lovely and working hard to make clients feel good Husna, the fitness trainer and Zumba instructor is amazing and kind hearted and she will constantly supportive and friendly with her lovely smile and she is one of the reason I will come back again with my family and kids Thank you Lixus for making my stay comfortable Ms Lamia from London
