It gets too crowded especially during the buffet breakfast but at least they refill the food quite fast with great options. Love that they provide complimentary birthday greetings upon request. A lot of activities to choose from, entertainment at night with a fire dance as the highlight and pool options too. Place is indeed a 5 star experience.

I booked this hotel because I was attracted by the pool.
My 8-year-old thought the pool was the best.
My 5-year-old liked Pororo Park. (It was for preschoolers, so my 8-year-old son seemed a little bored.)
The fire show that was held every day was worth seeing.
We had the cheapest garden view room, but the sunset was beautiful.
The mango ice cream in front of the hotel was so delicious that we went out to eat it every day!

The room cleaning was okay, but the bathroom was lacking. It was near the G building pool, and there was a big truck running loudly, so it was noisy.
