룸청소해주신 분들은 너무 친절했으나 로비옆 가이드 직원들이 표정이 너무 안좋았고 조식서비스에서 망고가 안나와서 여쭤보니 들어오는 날이 월 금이라 수목은 없다더군요ㅠ 너무아쉬웠어요 전체적으로 아이들이랑 가기좋았지만 기대가컸던거 같아요

I had high expectations because there were a lot of good reviews about the facilities, but I guess my expectations were too high. The room was big, the bed was big, and the furniture was old-fashioned. The water was okay, but when I turned on the hot water, there was a lot of rust. The shower filter that I replaced turned brown right away. In the evening, they would come around and ask if there was anything missing, such as towels and washcloths, and give me more. That was good. I guess I had too high expectations for the pool facilities. There was a lot of moss in the water at the top and bottom, but no one cleaned it up, and they just grabbed it when guests got their hands on it. There are several large pools? There is one on the wing. I think Solea has much more variety, more, and better pool facilities. It was expensive, but I booked it because of the fish, and there were a lot of them and they were really good. If you go out a little, you can see Nemo, and it was fun to watch the fish. I don't know if there was a lot of breakfast. I guess it was because there were so many options. The bread was delicious and the mango ice cream was delicious. They made balloons for the kids in the morning and gave them octopus dolls when they checked in, so they really liked it. The small kids' club is free, and there are free crafting and experience activities every day. When I signed up for the membership, they asked if I could do canoeing or something or choose a kids club, so I chose a kids club, but I was too young and too old to do it, so I signed up in a hurry on purpose... I was disappointed... The thing I remember is the fish... Nemo.
