Lovely hotel, nice room that was very clean (added bonus for the washing machine in the room!!) Hotel amenities were ok, but not much going on- if your thinking of swimming with whale sharks be prepared for the 4hr drive (well worth it tho, it was incredible!)
Food in the hotel was extremely over priced for what it was!Our breakfast was included with our stay, but if it was not good, especially if you were paying the £17 (GBP). There was very little choice, the food displays were always empty and breakfast is advertised as open till 10 but at 9:45 the staff had cleared away the food after helping themselves to the “leftovers” that customers were still paying for!!
Beach was nice and pools were very well kept! The staff were super friendly and willing to help- cannot fault the service!
The hotel has its own private beach and water sports area which was lovely, however be super careful when swimming in the sea as there’s lots of sea urchins close to the shore! (Maybe the hotel could put warning signs up about this could be very dangerous if not expected?)
Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay, but probably wouldn’t come back. The hotel has so much potential but deffo needs work in some areas💕

Since I'm going to use Grab anyway, the location doesn't really matter, the facilities are clean, and the pool water is clean.

The open front lobby, unique to a tropical country, was a stylish and very pleasant space, and the on-site pool and cocktails at the poolside bar counter were also great!
Not only could you see the ocean from the seaside view rooms, but also from the poolside view rooms!
Also, having a washing machine was convenient for washing and drying swimsuits, which was appreciated.
Above all, the hotel staff were all kind, gentle, and hospitable, and they were well-trained, which was wonderful.
This time it was over the New Year holidays, and there was also a 12/31 countdown event, which was great!
I would stay again if I have the opportunity.
