A little dated but nice place. Check in efficient for a walk up. Staff nice and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast 6-10 am on this weekday. The usual - make your waffle, hard boiled eggs, some whole fruit, milk, yogurt, etc. Coffee basic and marginal taste IMHO. Above average fitness center for a facility of this size - kettlebells, dumbbells, a few cardio pieces, and a cable machine. Wifi a little slow - around 4 Mbps per Speedtest on my iPhone. Parking adequate. Convenient right off interstate and just a short drive from New Orleans.

Outstanding hotel. Very clean. Rooms seem new. Large bathroom with strong shower. Nice fitness center. Quick access to I-10. Friendly staff. Restaurants about 1-2 miles away. Very quiet. This is the best hotel in La Place.

It was a nice representation of the brand. It is an older build but it's been renovated nicely. The staff was fine and the room. Was clean and comfortable. Nice mattress and fridge and microwave in the room as well as internet tv. Close to shopping and restaurants. Right off of hwy 10. Price was really great. Outdoor pool and a nice fitness center

Terrible Manager customer service. I’m a Diamond (for life) customer not that they care, but I couldn’t get my room cleaned (even though it was requested) 2-days in a row! The “manager” was flippant and unwilling to do anything- even blaming me for not ‘requesting’ cleaning. When I said I did! She said it was written down in the wrong place- acting like it was my fault, and was unwilling to do anything. When I said that I would file a complaint with the diamond desk she said “go ahead” so I will!!! BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been coming to this Hampton Inn for 10 years to visit family and I give it mixed reviews depending on who is working that day. Lol. The front desk is very nice but the lady in charge of the breakfast should be replaced or retrained. I actually felt bad complaining to the front desk because they are ALL so nice and helped me right away. The breakfast lady is just slow and can't be bothered y'all so know that. Lol! Otherwise very nice hotel. I highly recommend it.

Attending a Christian Conference for couple days and this hotel just off I-10 was perfect. Wonderful showers and attentive breakfast staff. Room was very comfortable with 100 degree weather outside. Definitely will stay again next year.

Very clean, well maintained and updated hotel. Kudos to the staff, especially Tracy up front. She definitely knows the importance of representing a company/brand. Not only I had a good experience with Tracy but I have observe her all week with her customers and she’s an awesome team player. Thank you!
