Desde a chegada até à partida todo o staff.é inexcedível na hospitalidade. O Hotel Casas da Lapa, é sem dúvida uma excelente opção para passar uns dias sossegados no meio da Serra da Estrela, com a vantagem de podermos ter a companhia do nosso patudo.

Incrível! Toda a estrutura está muito bem conseguida, o único fator menos positivo é a piscina interior não ficar no mesmo edifício do quarto onde ficamos alojados. Quanto ao serviço, nota 6 estrelas, super atenciosos atentos a cada momento, simpatia genuína, adoramos sentimo-nos em casa, quero destacar a receção da Vitória que foi amorosa, e ao rapaz que nos serviu na primeira noite em que jantamos, (não me lembro o nome, desculpe), é um gosto ver jovens a trabalhar com dedicação e sorriso no rosto. Jantamos no hotel duas vezes e a comida estava incrível, parabéns à Chef tivemos a oportunidade de a conhecer e para além de confeccionar comida saborosa foi incrível no trato, destacamos a bochecha de porco com purê de castanha UAU. Parabéns pelo trabalho desenvolvido, apesar de haver pequeníssimas falhas, elas dissipam numa envolvência de simpatia e bem receber. voltaremos numa próxima oportunidade 🙂.

É difícil começar a descrever a experiência que foi ficar nas casas da lapa. Desde os quartos, ao serviço, ao atendimento por parte do staff, à comida maravailhosa, ao espaço deslumbrante. Nada de negativo a apontar sobre os dias que passei nas casa da lapa. Vê-se que é um local tratado com cuidado, que foi desenhado com gosto. Toda a decoração torna o espaço acolhedor e confortável. Os quartos, neste caso, tivemos a oportunidade de ficar em 4 das suites são incríveis. O Conforto, beleza, sossego espalha se por todo hotel. Ao pequeno almoço o pãozinho caseiro com todos os seus acompanhamentos adicionado ao facto de não existir horário limite para ir tomar o pequeno almoço. De tarde ainda disponível um lanche para todos os hóspedes e a cereja no topo do bolo é o facto de que ao reservar uma hora no spa o espaço fica exclusivo para quem reservou. Ao redor muitas possibilidades de fazer trilhos de estar na natureza. Muitos toques e pormenores de um sítio que realmente se preocupa com os seus hóspedes e o seu máximo conforto. Muitos parabéns a todos os envolvidos neste espaço. Sem duvida este vou voltar…

Beautiful! Serene! Welcoming! Relaxing! Delicious! These are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think about staying at Casas Da Lapa. We booked for one night while visiting Serra da Estrela Park and after visiting wish we had planned for an additional night or two because it was an extraordinary experience. The accommodations are of a modern-minimalist design but luxurious. The food for dinner and breakfast was bountiful and tasty. Highly recommend!

Our experience at Casas da Lapa, Nature & Spa Hotel was underwhelming, especially considering the price point. The organization was poor, making it difficult to enjoy what was meant to be a relaxing getaway. Contacting the reception was a constant challenge, with long wait times and, at times, no response at all. Additionally, there were conflicting pieces of information regarding the use of the hotel’s facilities, which created unnecessary confusion. The extra beds provided were extremely uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to rest properly. For a hotel positioning itself as a luxury retreat, such basic shortcomings are unacceptable. While the setting is undoubtedly beautiful, the overall lack of attention to detail and subpar service quality left us disappointed. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the cost, and we wouldn’t recommend this property to others seeking a premium hospitality experience.

Não posso dar cinco mas seriam 4,5 se pudesse Excelente localização e staff Pequeno almoço óptimo A retirada do meio ponto justificada por: Sala de jantar inóspita e pouco confortável Necessita no minimo de uma parede pintada numa cor quente e de uma iluminação mais confortável/menos branca O jantar com 5 momentos pretende ser uma degustação de chef mas falta qualidade e paladar. Comida tradicional revisitada seria o ideal???!!! Óptima experiência mas pode melhorar. Staff muito simpático e proactivo e quarto com vista deslumbrante Voltaremos Ricardo V Lisboa

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável nas Casas da Lapa. Os espaços são bonitos e bem cuidados. Quartos confortáveis e piscinas aprazíveis. Gostaria de realçar a simpatia e o elevado profissionalismo do Sr Nuno, front office. Uma palavra, também, para a equipa da restauração, nomeadamente as funcionárias Isaura, Romilda e Vitória, sempre atentas para que nada falte a quem usufrui deste espaço. Por último e não menos relevante, agradecer o carinho com que receberam o nosso Yorkshire Gaspar. A regressar, logo que possível.

It's such a pleasure to rate this extraordinary place where we stayed for 3 nights . The room itself was immaculate and super comfortable. The facilities are in great standard, very well equipped and pleasant I had a back injury and hence was mostly stranded in the room , the owner Maria-Manuel has personally taken me to the hospital and took great care of me during the process including helping me get medications, and the staff bringing food to the room and taking care of all our needs in a very gentle kind and friendly manner. Later when we looked for an easily accessible shower the owner upgraded us to a wonderful suite that has an accessible shower and a beautiful view. I couldn't even dream of such a caring and compassionate service🏆 The staff was super accommodating and friendly and the rest of the amenities were gorgeous In spite of our circumstances we genuinely enjoyed this hotel's extraordinary hospitality and warmth. 🥂 The food was fine and exquisite The hotel has a library , relaxation rooms and many special well-thought facilities. We highly recommend Thank you !
