Paid for what was not given. Poor and dirty.
I booked on standard room and a deluxe room. The deluxe was not available. No refund. Pool was dirty, the other pool was empty. Plase was rosting away. No pickup from airport was organized; lack of staff. They had 2 vans for the task. Servise was below all any standards. The nampe promised a lot, but the hotel and the service was poor.

A nice overnight stay
It is a quiet resort with no permanent reception office. Looks like a deserted place with just person assisting are gardeners and maintainance persons (total of 2) to check you in and out. They are kind people. No wifi in room. You have to walk outside towards the pool to get signal and reception. TV not working. Moulding of bathroom fell off from ceiling. Property grounds green with grass.

WARNING TO THOSE LOOKING AT THIS PROPERTY. The description does NOT match the actual hotel. in the description it says it is a minute walk from the sinking bell tower....well it is about 5 miles outside the city. in the middle of nowhere. it says 15 minutes drive from Kapurpurawan? it is about 2 hours drive away. No restaurants closely. . Its a trap. totally. Bookings are non refundable.. ******* needs to remove this property on the list. .

Back out next day 2/11 and 2/12/ , poor toilet /shower curtains smells ? Dirty turn on faucet water splash , room not spacious , staff can’t decide what to do /owner diff to reach out (short stafff) needs refund pls our 2days , ******* Phil
