Visit Lao Cai for the 1st time and I chose to stay in Michis Hotel which was recommended by one of my friend. I love this hotel from the first sight. I was so impressed by the beautiful of the design and it's interior . My room is spacious and facing to the river . Staffs were so friendly especially the receptionist name Hao , a young beautiful lady always smiling at me and trying to assist me. My trip this time was so short but I will definitely come back.

Aware of reception asking you to double pay room At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not paid for our room, even telling our driver who was waiting, makes me not happy as it sounds Ike we are staying for free! Nice location and clean place,

The hotel location is beautiful! The room is clean, no dust and looks very new. The room has a view of the Red River. When you come here, the reception hall has a very cool water tank, with melodious music, not noisy and very pleasant. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. I had a wonderful stay here and I will definitely come back.
