The staff is kind.
The disadvantage is that the hotel is a little noisy because there are many events, but it's a very good place.
The meals are mainly rice noodles and eggs, and the meals are not diverse for foreigners.

This must once have been the toast of town but its quite dated now, cheap dark oak veneer furniture and flooring. Most of the staff were obliging though.
They seem to have local clientele and conference offerings, so us foreigners felt like s distant afterthought. I also sensed a passive aggression against Chinese speakers.
There are easily better locations but I arrived late and had little choice being last minute, I've learned my lesson. Good luck.

Arrived from Hanoi and checked in at midnight. Stayed for the second time. Take a taxi to the hotel. hotel

The price/performance ratio of this hotel is pretty good. It’s just that the hotel has a karaoke bar which is quite noisy, but the sound seems to have subsided around 11 o’clock.

The room is clean and comfortable. I have stayed here many times. Every time I go to Halong Bay, I stay in this hotel. The price/performance ratio is very good.
