Came here to rest, the staff were very noisy at 7am every morning. If you are sleeping, please wait until they fix it. Please inform us in advance if there is any inconvenience. Very noisy and impolite

I stay here every time I visit Lào Cai. The staff are professional and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi is strong. All amenities provided.

The room is quite new, unfortunately, the room is tamed with crickets. After making up the room towels were not replaced. The service staff are unable to communicate in simple English or Chinese. The hotel only serves drinks not even a simple breakfast and no restaurants around, have to travel 1 to 2 km away.
Overall this is not a recommended hotel to stay if you are here for food and leisure

The hotel was really good value for money! Clean, comfortable, and easy. We stayed here before crossing the chinese-vietnamese border to Hekou, which was only a 15 minute walk to get to from the hotel. There is not much nearby of interest but since we stayed here just before crossing the border it did not really matter. There is also a really nice view of China from the room!

All the hotel staff were friendly and smiley.
The room was clean and we could see the riverside view from the balcony. The hotel also serves coffee along the river, and many people were enjoying themselves drinking coffee at night.

The room was bright and the view of the border was nice, but the afternoon sun was a bit of a problem. There was no convenience store nearby, so it was a 300 meter walk away. The hotel itself had a cafe, but there was no refrigerator in the room, so it was inconvenient to drink in the room.
