距離蘭州火車站很近，步行三四分鐘，老闆很熱情，怕我住的太悶免費升級了房間，由於是凌晨退房，吵醒了老闆，老闆態度也很好

老闆娘特別好（免費幫我把包子和酸奶存冰箱早上還起的很早幫我蒸包子當早飯），環境也不錯，乾淨整潔也安靜，地理位置優越，離地鐵站近就不説了，離火車站也近，中午退了房暫時回不來不好拿行李，老闆娘還幫忙看行李

1. 服務：從前台到客房服務，每一位工作人員都熱情又貼心。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐耐心細緻，還主動幫忙升級房型，太驚喜啦！入住期間，客房服務響應迅速，有求必應，真的像在家一樣自在舒適。
2. 設施：房間設施超齊全，床品柔軟舒適，一晚上都睡得超香！衞生間乾濕分離，還有智能馬桶，細節滿滿。健身房器材嶄新，種類也多，完全滿足了我的鍛鍊需求，住得太舒心啦。
3. 環境：酒店整體環境優雅，裝修風格簡約大氣，很有格調。房間乾淨整潔，沒有一點異味，窗外的景色也很美，讓人心情格外舒暢。
4. 餐飲：早餐種類豐富，中式、西式應有盡有，味道也很不錯。中餐廳的菜品色香味俱全，食材新鮮，烹飪入味，給味蕾帶來了一場美妙的旅行。
5. 位置：酒店位置絕佳，周邊交通便利，離地鐵站和公交站都很近，出行超方便。附近還有商場和美食街，購物、吃飯都不愁，遊玩好去處也不少。
